Seeking other Chicago locations:
We have a temporary drop off location at a customer's home in Naperville, however if you own a business (or can obtain permission) that might be suitable for a drop off location let us know. We drop off three times a year and we are usually there unloading for about an hour.

2010 Butchering Schedule
Next year we plan to butcher in January, June and October. It's never to early to put your name on the list.

"A Day on the Farm" 2009
Thanks to everyone that participated in our annual Day on the Farm. The weather couldn't have been more perfect and the bugs as well as the kids were well behaved. People travelled from CA, MD and even Australia for festivities and were not disappointed with all the food and activities.
